The modified version of the Strengthening the H-1B Nonimmigrant Visa Classification Program Final Rule which was published in the Federal Register on January 8, 2021, and set to take effective on March 9, 2021, could be postponed.[iii]

Lally Immigration Services, LLC is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
