Each fiscal year, Congress sets aside 65,000 H-1B visas for the regular (“bachelor’s”) cap and an additional 20,000 H-1B visas for the U.S. advanced degree exemption (“master’s cap”). Are you looking for an H-1B attorney? Give me a call !
