1. Streamlined process: Dayna has a detailed understanding of what is required at each step. Her app-based questionnaire and document collection help keep everything in one place. It saves time, effort, and unnecessary going back and forth. During the entire process, we talked over the phone just once in the beginning and met in person at the green card interview only, but we were always confident that the process is on the right track.
2. Swiftness of response: I think we got a response to every email within a few hours. Dayna even once responded back while she was on a vacation in a different time zone.
3. Accurate advice: Like every other application, our application had also some unique aspects but following her advice, we didn’t have any issue explaining those. I believe that’s where the experience matters.

Dayna is the most brilliant , trustworthy ,compassionate, caring, and, responsive lawyer your ever going to find. If I could give her a 100 stars I would! I called Dayna on a Friday frantic, and desperately looking for help. I wish google had 10 star rating , cause that”s what Dayna deserves absolutely 10 stars. My case was an unusual case and it was more difficult from others. Aside from that my wife and i decided to apply on our own without a lawyer, which was a mistake, cause 10 days after we applied USCIS sent us all our papers back with a rejection note. So we started looking for a lawyer. We found Dayna on google, after reading the reviews we decided to call her. After talking to for about 3min on the phone we knew 100% that this is the immigration lawyer we wanna hire. I explained my situation, she listed carefully , never interrupted me one time, and then answered all my questions and concerns. Just by talking to her on the phone i could tell that she is very knowledgeable of the immigration law, and after she told me her prices, i was like “what”s the soonest we can make an appointment with you?” We went to consultation she didn”t charge us for it. Again was very knowledgeable of immigration law, there was never a time when she dindn”t have an answer for our questions. Also a very down to earth person, super kind and very pleasant to talk to. Whenever we emailed Dayna with a question, she would respond within a few hours All the time. We applied for green card in september of 2020, and with corona and everything we didn”t hear from USCIS for 9 months , i was worried that i didn”t even get my work permit yet. Without us even saying anything Dayna called USCIS and suggested that our case is taking too long. And sure enough a week and a half later we get a notice that USCIS scheduled our interview for green card two months from then (september first). When we went to the interview (september 1st) Dayna made an additional binder with extra evidence that our marriage is real. When immigration officer saw the binder we brought to the interview, he didn”t even wanna look at it , he was like “this is already thick enough, i don”t need extra (lol). My wife has a lot of anxiety and at the interview she was very nervous (even though she is the US citizen), she forgot her wallet with her ID at the front desk ,( immigration officer was already in a bad mood) , then because of her anxiety and because she was so nervous she got two questions wrong , Dayna jumped right in to correct it, then it was my turn , i didn”t understand a few questions, again Dayna jumped right in to explain (always at the right time and for the right amount of time). Then the officer thought that my Medical Examination was expired Dayna pointed out that it wasn”t expired when we submitted it , and because of that it should be good. And then…. the words we”ve been waiting to hear for two years…. “everything looks good im gonna approve it, and because you”ve been married for two year now , you”re gonna get the 10 year green card” said the immigration officer. I can”t THANK and RECOMMEND Dayna enough! In many cases you only have one shot at the green card, and want absolutely the best immigration lawyer, and that”s Dayna! Thank you! Thank you! If you want to give the best shot for your immigration needs, you have to use Lally Immigration Services. Hands down the best immigration process experience I have ever had in the last 19 years in the US.
Dayna helped us initially for H1b, H4 extension, and H4 EAD needs when our previous lawyer left the practice and did not send us any documentation package. With a crunch time on H4 EAD timelines, Dayna handled the whole process seamlessly, updated us with the progress as soon as she got any updates, and we got all approvals and H4 EAD within a few days. Last year with the big jump in the priority dates for the green cards in October 2020, we trusted Dayna to process the I-485 application for me and my wife. We did not have certain documents and Dayna guided us to get the documents in the correct format. She makes use of cloud sharing for the docs and makes the whole process like a smooth breeze. Because of Dayna, we could file all of the documents early in the month and got the EAD, Advance Parole documents within a few weeks after that, and just yesterday we got the approval notice for the green card!

I contacted Dayna in the middle of the pandemic to extend the B2 Visa Status of my in-laws. I had contacted a couple of more lawyers and they all made it sound like a big process with exorbitant price for this.
