Your employer is responsible for the USCIS filing fee ($460 or $730) as well as the Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee ($500), ACWIA Fee ($750 or $1,500), Asylum Program Fee ($0, $300, or $600), and Public Law 114-113 Fee ($4,000), if applicable.

The initial registration period for 2024 H-1B cap closes at 12 pm EST on March 17th. Registrations can be completed and submitted using the USCIS online H-1B registration system.
