If the USCIS incorrectly input your name or other personal information on your existing green card, you should file an application to replace the card with the correct name. The window to register for the FY 2025 H-1B cap starts at noon Eastern time on March 6, 2024, and lasts until noon Eastern time on March 22, 2024. To participate, representatives must utilize a USCIS online account to electronically register each individual they wish to sponsor for the selection process. Additionally, they must pay the required registration fee for each person registered.
