On April 22, 2020, Donald Trump issued a tweet which reads: “I will be signing my Executive Order prohibiting immigration into our Country today.”This tweet is in addition to President Trump’s statement on Twitter yesterday that read: “In light of the attack from the Invisible Enemy, as well as the need to protect the jobs of our GREAT American Citizens, I will be signing an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States!”2

The Executive Order has yet to be signed and released.
