U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has announced minor increases to certain H.R. 1 immigration-related fees for fiscal year 2027 to account for inflation.
The new inflation-adjusted USCIS fees will take effect on October 16, 2026. Applications and requests postmarked on or after this date must include the updated fee for the specific immigration benefit being requested. Submissions received without the correct filing fee may be rejected. Learn more about the updated fees at USCIS.gov.
