Are USCIS Application Support Centers Open on Christmas Eve 2020 – No.

According to the USCIS Office Closings webpage, all Application Support Centers are closed on December 24, 2020 (“Christmas Eve”) as this is a Federally declared holiday.[i]

The USCIS should automatically reschedule any biometric appointment affected by the office closure and mail a new ASC appointment notice.[ii] 

If you do not receive a rescheduled appointment notice within three weeks, contact the USCIS at 1-800-375-5283.[iii]
