What is considered “Hispanic or Latino” in the biographic information section of Form I-129F?

The USCIS considers a person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South American, or Central American origin to be “Hispanic or Latino.” The “Hispanic and Latino” category also includes people of other Spanish culture, regardless of race.
