March 27, 2020

On March 27, 2020, the USCIS issued an alert that explains the extended response deadlines available for applicants and/or petitioners who received a Request for Evidence (“RFE”) or Notice of Intent to Deny (“NOID”) from the USCIS dated between March 1, 2020 and May 1, 2020.

The USCIS will consider, as timely, responses submitted by applicants and/or petitioners within sixty (60) calendar days after the response deadline set forth in the RFE or NOID.

If you received a RFE or NOID from the USCIS dated between March 1, 2020 and May 1, 2020 and would like assistance preparing a response, contact Lally Immigration Services, LLC at (617) 870-1000 or by email to [email protected].
