Proclamation on Suspension of Entry of Immigrants and Nonimmigrants Who Continue to Present a Risk to the United States Labor Market

On December 31, 2020, President Trump issued a Presidential Proclamation which extends the suspension of certain immigrants and nonimmigrants into the United States.[i]

This proclamation is set to expire on March 31, 2021, but may be continued as necessary.[ii]
