Mission Statement – Lally Immigration Services, LLC

By Dayna Lally, Esq.

Immigration Attorney, Boston MA, providing legal representation to individuals, families, and employers in immigration matters

May 21, 2021

Somehow, I was routed to my Avvo business listing this afternoon.

As I reviewed the information on the site, I was happy to discover that my purpose and mission have remained the same since founding Lally Immigration Services, LLC in Feb. 2019:

“To offer prompt and professional legal services at reasonable fees. The mission of Lally Immigration Services is to empower others with an awareness and understanding of U.S. immigration law through research, education, and action.

As Jane Austen said, ‘it’s not what we say or think, but what we do that defines us.’

Lally Immigration Services, LLC builds trusting relationships with clients by promptly responding to emails and calls, thoroughly answering questions and concerns, and timely processing routine and complex immigration matters. We pride ourselves on being friendly, responsive, and thorough.”

USCIS Update: Form I-693

USCIS Update: Form I-693

The USCIS recently issued an update to Form I-693, the Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.

.

If you are applying for a green card using Form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status), you need to pay close attention to recent changes by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding Form I-693, the Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.

.

A new version of this form goes into effect mid-2025, and using the wrong one could delay or even derail your green card process. Head to my blog to learn more!
