As of August 19, 2024, USCIS is now accepting requests using the new electronic Form I-131F, Application for Parole in Place for Certain Noncitizen Spouses and Stepchildren of U.S. Citizens.

Please remember, USCIS will only accept Form I-131F for this process. If you need to keep your family together, make sure youโ€™re using the correct form and not any other for Parole in Place.
