Important Update for U.S. Citizens and Their Families!
As of August 19, 2024, USCIS is now accepting requests using the new electronic Form I-131F, Application for Parole in Place for Certain Noncitizen Spouses and Stepchildren of U.S. Citizens.
Please remember, USCIS will only accept Form I-131F for this process. If you need to keep your family together, make sure you’re using the correct form and not any other for Parole in Place.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need help with your application!
