Best Immigration Process Experience I Have Ever Had

“If you want to give the best shot for your immigration needs, you have to use Lally Immigration Services. Hands down the best immigration process experience I have ever had in the last 19 years in the US.

Dayna helped us initially for H1b, H4 extension, and H4 EAD needs when our previous lawyer left the practice and did not send us any documentation package. With a crunch time on H4 EAD timelines, Dayna handled the whole process seamlessly, updated us with the progress as soon as she got any updates, and we got all approvals and H4 EAD within a few days.

Last year with the big jump in the priority dates for the green cards in October 2020, we trusted Dayna to process the I-485 application for me and my wife. We did not have certain documents and Dayna guided us to get the documents in the correct format. She makes use of cloud sharing for the docs and makes the whole process like a smooth breeze.

Because of Dayna, we could file all of the documents early in the month and got the EAD, Advance Parole documents within a few weeks after that, and just yesterday we got the approval notice for the green card!

While some of my friends, whose big law firm attorneys waited till last week of October 2020 still waiting to get fingerprinting interviews and EAD doc, I certainly feel privileged to have Dayna as my attorney, whose decision to gather all documents at once and early filing was the single most critical factor in getting the green card approval without any RFE and interview.

Throughout the process, Dayna answered all my queries within a few minutes. She called the USCIS at times to get status and sometimes waited on the phone line for 2-3 hours to get to the personnel, and kept us updated regarding the process.

She is knowledgeable, prompt, organized, and most importantly a very good human being, and I can guarantee that you will get a VIP experience when you use Lally Immigration Services for your immigration needs.”

What is Conditional Permanent Residency?

TRUE! Two-year green cards are given to individuals who were married less than two years at the time they obtained their green card. This is known as “conditional permanent residency.”
.
In order to remain a permanent resident, a conditional permanent resident must file a petition to remove the conditions of their residency during the ninety days before their two-year green card expires.
