Naturalization Lawyer Cost

I generally charge a flat fee of $850 to prepare a N400 form citizenship application.
This fee includes:
-Preparation and review of the N400 form and supporting documents;
-Electronically filing the N400 form online;
-Tracking the N400 form (to prevent unnecessary delays); and
-Preparing individuals for the naturalization interview at the USCIS Boston Field Office and other field offices throughout the United States.

Applicants for naturalization are responsible for the N400 form filing fee ($640), the biometric services fee ($85), as well as the cost of any necessary translations and/or interpreter costs.

Updating your address with USPS does not update it with USCIS. Mail from USCIS also won’t be forwarded. If you’ve filed for an immigration benefit, be sure to notify USCIS directly of any address changes so you don’t miss important notices or delays.

What is Visa Retrogression?

What is Visa Retrogression?

Visa retrogression occurs when more people apply for an immigrant visa in a particular category than there are immigrant visas available for that month. In these circumstances, the cut-off date on the Visa Bulletin moves backward to an earlier date.
.
Visa retrogression may further impact the processing time of immigrant visa petitions.
