H.R 1-Immigration Fee Increase

USCIS has announced that select H.R. 1–related immigration fees will increase starting Jan. 1, 2026, to account for inflation. Any applications postmarked on or after that date must include the new fees. If you’re planning to file in early 2026, now is the time to prepare!
