H-1B Work Visa Selection Process

The Department of Homeland Security is changing the H-1B work visa selection process. Instead of using a random lottery, visas will be prioritized for applicants with higher skills and higher wages, with the goal of supporting fair wages, working conditions, and job opportunities in the U.S.
