Fastest Green Card Interview – Just 5 Minutes!

This morning, I represented clients at the USCIS Boston Field Office for a marriage-based green card interview. From the moment we walked in, the officer was prepared, professional, and efficient. The entire interview lasted only five minutes — officially the fastest I’ve ever experienced.

Note: This post replaces the one I shared yesterday, where I mentioned a 7-minute interview as my record. Today’s case set a new milestone!

While every case is unique, this result reflects the thorough preparation and strong documentation we provide to all of our clients. Careful case strategy, well-organized evidence, and anticipating the USCIS’ questions can make all the difference in creating a smooth and successful interview experience.

If you’re considering applying for a marriage-based green card, don’t leave your future to chance. Let us help you prepare the right way from the very beginning.
